Mr. Jai Prakash Narain

Mr. Jai Prakash Narain, co-founder and CEO at Fibertec Pvt Ltd., is a seasoned professional with a transformative vision. Holding a B.Tech from Gujarat University and a Masters in Management from IIM Kolkata, his educational mastery complements his extensive work experience.

In his previous role as the Chief Executive Officer at Century Pulp & Paper, a division of Century Textiles and Industries Limited, Mr. Narain managed a remarkable turnaround, achieving a profitable trajectory with an impressive 100% CAGR growth sustained over seven consecutive years.

With a wealth of experience in esteemed FMCGs such as Reckitt Benckiser India Limited, Sab Miller India Ltd., and PepsiCo India, Mr. Narain has garnered recognition at both the national and international levels. His hands-on experience includes the successful installation and commissioning of projects in the personal care, ethanol, and beverage industries. Under his guidance, Fibertec is poised for transformative success in the dynamic business landscape.

Mr. Prabhuji

Mr. Prabhuji stands as a distinguished figure in the realm of Pulp & Paper Technology, with a strong academic foundation from I.I.T Roorkee (M.Sc. Pulp & Paper Technology) and Andhra University. Over his 40-year career in the paper industry, he has steered the successful installation and expansion of significant projects, including notable ventures such as the:

— 120 KLPD Ethanol Plant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
— Sidharth Paper Mills Ltd. in Kashipur, Uttarakhand
— ITC Ltd. in Bhadrachalam, Andhra Pradesh

His global footprint extends to ventures in international locations, with contributions to renowned entities like April SSYMB Pulp & Paper Co. in Rizhao, Shandong, China, and Atrak Pulp & Paper Company in Esfahan, Iran.

Head - Electrical & Instrumentation

Mr. Anil Setia

Mr. Anil Setia is a experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, boasting over 30 years of expertise in the design, fabrication, and installation of diverse Power Projects.

His illustrious career spans associations with esteemed organizations such as Trident, Andhra Paper, and Century Pulp & Paper. His proficiency extends overseeing the erection and commissioning of substantial
Power House Plants, with a notable
accomplishment being a 100 MW facility.

Mr. S. Mahidhar

Mr. S. Mahidar stands as a distinguished Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of rich expertise in the design, fabrication, and installation of multifaceted projects.

His extensive association of over three decades with Enmass Enrich has been instrumental in shaping various recovery plants across diverse locations. His profound knowledge encompasses Pulp Mill Engineering, Tissue, and Duplex Board Machine Engineering, ensures comprehensive insight into all facets of Recovery Plant operations.

Mr. Atul Sharma

With a career spanning over 29 years, Mr. Atul Sharma stands as a paragon of expertise in project execution, encompassing meticulous planning, monitoring, budgeting, and robust civil project implementation.

Spearheaded pivotal projects across top-tier organizations, including Century Pulp & Paper (INR 750 Crores), SVC Superchem Ltd. (INR 700 Crores), D C M Shree ram Consolidated Ltd. (INR 475 Crores), and M/s. Backbone Projects Ltd. (INR 245 Crores) highlights his diverse expertise in industrial and infrastructure domains.

Mr. Joydeep Acharya

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Joydeep Acharya is a seasoned professional in Learning & Development (L&D) and Business Management across diverse sectors. His expertise encompasses strategic and operational domains, having held pivotal roles in esteemed Indian and Multinational corporations.

His proficiency in crafting L&D strategies, collaborating closely with leadership teams, spearheading change management initiatives, and designing robust L&D policies underscores his commitment to talent development. Additionally, his acumen extends to business management, channel development, devising business strategies, and fostering a performance-driven sales culture.
Before embarking on an entrepreneurial path centred on human capital development, Mr. Acharya held the esteemed position of Vice President Key Accounts at Tata AIA Life Insurance. His multifaceted experience positions him uniquely to drive people- centric processes and strategies at the helm of any organization.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Vikash Aggarwal

Mr. Vikas Aggarwal is a distinguished finance professional, holding a Commerce degree from Delhi University and earning Fellowship status with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2007.

His extensive expertise spans Audit & Assurance, Tax Consultancy, and Management Advisory Services, with notable specializations in Corporate Finance, Tax Advisory, Corporate Laws, and Management Consultancy.

Prior to joining Fibertec, he played a pivotal role at PWC in the Financial Assurance Service Group, accumulating valuable experience working with world-leading MNCs and Corporates.
His proficiency extends to Investment Strategies, Management Advisory, external commercial borrowing from overseas, offshore structuring, overseas company formation, Merger and Acquisition of significant deals, and Wealth Management Services for over 100 clients.
